Why

After years of watching herself and others engage in unhealthy relationships with fitness, Jessica created a different philosophy that looked at movement. She found that this shift allowed herself and her clients to focus on function, feeling and fun.

Bio

Fitness entered my life after I became a mom. It provided a much needed break and outlet. I threw myself into running, bootcamps, CrossFit, kickboxing. If it led to disconnection from daily stress, I was on board! A fitness business owner recruited me to coach, and I fell in love. Coaching connected me to people in a new and meaningful way. As my experience grew, I noticed the same people having the same struggles with their fitness “programs”. In fact, I was having the same struggles. I knew there had to be a better way, to somehow reimagine fitness for myself and others, to enjoy the journey and release the pressure of performance and results. After deeper self-exploration and education, I created and launched Reimagine Fitness Trainer. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Coach, it’s my mission to work with clients and break the never ending cycle of challenges and programs that breed insecurity and question self-worth.
