About

Bio

Fitness entered my life after I became a mom. It provided a much needed break and outlet. I threw myself into running, bootcamps, CrossFit, kickboxing. If it led to disconnection from the daily stress, I was on board! A fitness business owner recruited me to coach, and I fell in love. Coaching connected me to people in a new and meaningful way. As my experience grew, I noticed the same people having the same struggles with their fitness “programs”. In fact, I was having the same struggles. I knew there had to be a better way, to somehow reimagine fitness for myself and others, to enjoy the journey and release the pressure of performance and results. After deeper self-exploration and education, I created and launched Reimagine Fitness Trainer. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Coach, it’s my mission to work with clients and break the never ending cycle of challenges and programs that breed insecurity and question self-worth.

  • I believe in working with my clients so they feel safe and understood.

  • I value the process to reimagine fitness with my client.

Testimonials

"I highly recommend Jessica as a personal trainer to anyone interested in learning how to feel stronger, more mobile and confident in their body. Her approach is unique because she focuses on helping me connect to my body, rather than push past it as most trainers do with the “no pain no gain” approach. I used to hate working out and only did it as something I needed to do in order to lose weight. She has help me heal my relationship with movement such that I enjoy moving my body for the sake of enjoyment rather than punishment. She shifted my focus from how my body looks to how it feels. Her work is so much more impactful than just a fitness trainer…she can change your life." - Anna

"I absolutely adore working with Jess. I have never liked exercise, but she makes it fun! Even during the hardest sessions, we’re talking and laughing and the time flies by. She will push you just the right amount so you can safely achieve your goals, but she does it in a way that makes you want to keep coming back." - Katie
